Translating Microsoft Publisher files

CafeTran cannot load Microsoft Publisher files (extension .pub). Instead you will have to use a conversion service, like http://www.zamzar.com/fileformats/pub.

Convert to DOCX and translate in CafeTran.

You can also use LibreOffice to open .pub files. They will be converted to ODF Drawings (.ODG), though the result won't be as good as Zamzar's:
