- Source segments preview
- Tick this item to only show source segments in the grid.
- Target segments preview
- Tick this item to only show target segments in the grid.
- All segments
- Tick this item to show all segments in the grid. This is the default view.
- Translated segments
- Tick this item to only show translated segments in the grid.
- Untranslated segments
- Tick this item to only show untranslated segments in the grid.
- Checked segments
- Tick this item to only show checked segments in the grid.
- Unchecked segments
- Tick this item to only show unchecked segments in the grid.
- Exact and context matches
- Tick this item to show all exact and context matches in the grid.
- Context matches (101%, 102%)
- Tick this item to show context matches with either an identical previous or an identical following segment, or with both an identical previous and an identical following segment in the grid.
- Context matches (102%)
- Tick this item to show context matches with both an identical previous and an identical following segment in the grid.
- No exact and context matches
- Tick this item to hide all exact and context matches in the grid.
- No context matches (101%, 102%)
- Tick this item to hide context matches with either an identical previous or an identical following segment, or with both an identical previous and an identical following segment in the grid.
- No context matches (102%)
- Tick this item to hide context matches with both an identical previous and an identical following segment in the grid.
- Segments with letters
- Tick this item to only show segments that (also) contain letters in the grid.
- Segments with no letters
- Tick this item to hide segments that (also) contain letters in the grid.
- Bookmarked segments
- Tick this item to only show bookmarked segments in the grid.
- Repeated segments
- Tick this item to only show repeated segments in the grid.
- Alternative translations
- Tick this item to only show segments for which alternative translations exist in the active translation project in the grid.
- Segment notes
- Tick this item to only show segments for which notes exist in the grid.
- Segment properties
- Filter on TMX properties in TMXs, e.g. Client, Subject, Note, Project, etc. If you click on Property names in the Choose property dialogue, CafeTran will show you all the TMX property names present in the current TMX.
- Sort alphabetically
- Switch from ‘natural’ order of the segments in the grid to an alphabetical order.
